Update for August 2016
If you are a Weston or Marathon attender and haven’t made it to the Wausau Campus in the last month or two, be sure to check out displays in your lobbies to see the updated photos. We are excited to have the new gym floor installed and hope to have the lines painted on it in early August. The Connection Point counter is now complete with signage designed and fabricated by a Highland attender. As the contractors have finished up on the building, many volunteers have jumped in to add decorations, paint walls, and help with remodeling older rooms. It was exciting to hear Pastor Ken report, at the congregational meeting, that the last new construction payment was made without having to touch the construction loan monies.
The Café Room is soon to be remodeled. We are also working on getting our new sound booth up and running, as well as new HD projectors and installing widescreens at each campus as part of the overall project.
