Update on April 2016
As part of the tithe towards missions associated with the Next Generation capital campaign, Highland will be helping to support a new church start in Detroit, Michigan. On April 24, we will be privileged to have on site, at the Wausau Campus, Tyler St. Clair, the pastor that will be starting up the new church. He will be featured during the announcements. Tyler will also share in more depth during the adult Sunday School class (in the Café Room). Please join us in welcoming Tyler to Highland.
We are excited to announce we have received over one million dollars to-date for the campaign! How exciting and amazing that we have not yet had to touch the monies in our construction loan and yet are nearing the completion of the new portion of the building at the Wausau Campus. There is still time to become part of this wonderful project as we have a goal of 2.5 million and currently have 1.775 million pledged.
We have a tentative date of April 24 when everyone will be able to tour the new addition (which will be the week prior to us actually taking occupancy).
