Progress Toward Ground Breaking
The Building Committee has been working hard with the contractor and the current projection is to break ground on The Next Generation addition (on the west end of the Wausau Campus) in early September. The West Lobby and existing rooms will remain functional until the new portion is complete in late winter. At that point the new and old portions will be joined together, the west end of the building and southwest hallway/lobby remodeled and occupancy of the entire area can occur before school ends in 2016. Watch for details of the building plans to be released soon.
With a goal of 2.5 million, it is not too late to participate in The Next Generation Capital Campaign! We’ve had an additional $12,000 pledged, over three years, in June alone.
