Highland Young Adults provides a place for young adults to connect through gospel-centered relationships with other Christians, to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and to go by serving within the church and their community.
Young Adults is open to anyone college-aged through their 30's-single, married, dating or engaged. Anyone is welcome to join us!
MONDAY'S AT 6:30PM IN THE WAUSAU CAMPUS CAFE ROOM.
Every Monday night, the coffee bar opens at 6:00pm, and people gather to grab some free drip-brew coffee, snacks, or purchase a specialty espresso drink from our coffee bar. The night formally begins at 6:30pm with a teaching time centered on the Bible as we look at what Scripture says and how to apply it to our lives. After the teaching, we move into small groups. Our leaders intentionally invest in each person in their groups, and often meet outside of Monday nights for discipleship and mentorship.
Every 3rd Monday of the month, we take a break from our normal routine for a special worship service designed specifically for young adults. The coffee bar opens at 6:00pm, and the service begins at 6:30pm and lasts one hour. Each service contains vibrant worship, relevant teaching, and great opportunities for cultivating deeper relationships with others.
Every month, we have a different activity or service project to provide opportunities for those in Young Adults to get to know one another and get involved in the community. For details on these events, please connect with us on FaceBook or join our weekly email updates.
