Men

Mission Statement

To intentionally provide all men opportunities to take the next step with their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Men's Conference

On the first Saturday in February, Highland hosts a simulcast of the No Regret's Conference with on-site workshop presenters and lunch. This event attracts more than 750 men from around Wisconsin and has its own pages on our site. CLICK HERE to visit the No Regrets page or CLICK HERE to do right to the registration page.

Bible Studies

Men's Bible Studies about various topics meet on different days at each of our campus sites.  Please check our calendar of events for the current available studies.  If you would be interested in starting up, or participating, in a men's study, please call the church office and we will connect you with someone in Men's Ministry.

Centershot

Centershot Ministry uses the sport of archery to reach youth and families in our community.  It is open to anyone age 10 and up with or without archery experience.  Each “flight” meets throughout the year at both the Weston and Marathon Campus sites. If you are looking for a place to serve and are passionate about helping out with this unique youth and family ministry, please contact either Chris Janke at  or Kris Schumacher at .

Social Events

Make a Difference Day:

Men's Ministry  and Young Adults are joining forces with the Marathon County United Way to provide light lawn services  to those in the community who need it most. We will assemble at at Highland Community Church - Wausau Campus at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27.  We will share a devotion over coffee and donuts, hand out assignments/addresses and then go out to lend a helping hand.  Its not just the work we do that is important... it is also the work God does through us when we engage in fellowship and serving opportunities like these.  Bring rakes, shovels, brooms, gloves, pick-up trucks, tarps, leave bags, etc.  REGISTER ON LINE here at https://hcc-register.com/.

Other Social Events: Men enjoy a variety of events throughout the year with the goal of getting men to build friendships with other men. Some of the events have included: Men's $5 dinners, golf outings, motorcycle rides, morning breakfasts, etc. Men's events are listed in the Highland Happenings publication (located on the Resources and Printable Files page) prior to the event.
