February 22 Update

How encouraging it was to hear Pastor Jeff tell of the positive responses to the day of Prayer & Fasting last Tuesday. We are grateful to God for decisions that were made, lives that were changed and decisions that were made. This is an encouragement that there are more results from the capital campaign than just the raising of money and the building of a new addition. These are just material benefits. How grateful we are that there is also evidence of spiritual, long-lasting outcomes as well.

Day of Fasting and Prayer

Sunday morning it was announced in church that we will be having a “Prayer and Fasting” day on Tuesday, February 17, for the Next Generation capital campaign. I trust that you will plan to be a part of that event either at home, work, church or school. If you desire to go to the church for this special occasion, you may go to any one of the three campuses and at least one of the pastoral staff will be there to pray with you during the three meal times that day. You may come to any one of the three campuses from 7:00-8:00 am, 11:30-1:00 or 5:00-6:00 on that day to meet with one of the pastors and others to pray. During that time you will be praying for the Next Generation program or any other special requests you may have – having to do with family, financial needs, health, job, our nation or any other need you may know of at the time.
