Sunday school is available for ages 3 - 5th grade. It is intended to be educational and provide a solid foundation to build on for life. Our staff of experienced and energetic teachers would love to share God's Word with your child at 9:20 a.m. each Sunday during the school year.  

All of our Sunday school teachers complete an application and undergo background checks prior to teaching. We also use a rule of two adults per classroom to further ensure the safety of your children. 

The vision for Children's Ministry (age birth - 5th grade) at Highland Community Church is to make disciples and Sunday school focuses on disciple making by:  

*  teaching children how to pray

*  providing opportunities for them to experience God's presence and provision

*  teaching children the truths contained in the Word of God

*  providing opportunities for them to explore the truths for themselves
